Ingredients:

Fish Oil Concentrate (Molecularly Distilled). Each serving (2 Softgels) contain 2,520mg fish oil and 1,560mg of Omega-3s (900 EPA, 660 DHA). Does NOT contain artificial ingredients, colors, flavors, Milk, Lactose, Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Starch, Peanuts, Soy Protein, or Shellfish. A Cholesterol-free product. Contains Fish (Anchovy, Tuna, Sardine). Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, water, ascorbyl palmitate, d-alpha tocopherol (as a preservative), natural lemon flavor.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) softgels daily before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Fish oil is a great supplement to take to help your body obtain Omega 3 which helps maintain a healthy heart and helps regulate cholesterol triglyceride among other benefits.
