Ok! So here it is....I did not like this at all. I had to spit out my first bite. I will say that food is definatly a preference, so just because these were not for me does not mean someone else will not love them. These did not have much flavor to me. I also did not like the texture of these bars. If you are looking for a health bar you may still want to try these as once again, this is just my opinion on my likes.
