POPSUGAR Must Have Box December 2014 Review

PopSugar Must Have is a monthly subscription box which offers "Must Have" items from Beauty, Food, Home, Fitness, and more.

What it Costs?

PopSugar Must Have is $39.99 a month.  They do offer a 3 and 6 month subscription offer as well. Join here!

Each box comes with a small card/pamphlet showcasing each item for that month.

I did subscribe to three months of PopSugar Must Have.  I was hoping to really love it, but I just could not.  I just never had that "I love this" feeling with these boxes, and would never have spent $40 on the items I have received.

Sparkle Pop Jewelry Sydney Pendant Necklace ($42)

I like the length of this necklace, but I do feel the chain looks pretty cheap.  I may or may not wear this.

Knot & Bow Gift Package Tags ($4)

I just do not feel this goes along with the "Must Have" idea.  I do not need or want gift tags.  I can buy these anywhere, and just feel disappointed.

Subtle Luxury Speckled Metallic Scarf ($62)

This is pretty, but again I am not sure if I will use it or not.  I think it is crazy that this is $62, but to each their own I guess.

Williams Sonoma Cupcake Mix in Vanilla Bean ($15)

This is very cute packaging and will make a very cute gift.

Canvas Home Dauville Bowl in Platinum ($29)

I like this item, but I would never pay $29 for this either.  I do like the ceramic outside and the metallic chrome inside.  Pretty sad though when a little bowl is one of my favorite things in a box.

Smashbox Be Legendary Long Wear Lip Lacquer in Bordeaux ($24)

I like the color of this lip lacquer as it is a deeper berry color.  It is not sticky at all.  Let's see how the staying power will be!  I was happy with this item over all.

Overall, I was still not that blown away with my box.  Some items I loved, and some I could do with out.  The overall value was around $166.  PopSugar Must Have is definitely worth the price if you are willing to pay for the items included.  I personally would never pay this much for a bowl or scarf, and they really are not MUST HAVE items for me.  

I am sorry to say that I have now finished my three month subscription and I cancelled.  I just feel I can find better ways to spend that money.  Please note, I do feel they offer an excellent value but it was just not for me personally.
