I was sent this devotional journal from BookLook Bloggers in exchange for an honest review.
WOW! Just WOW! I have had a few different devotional journals in the past, but this was blew them all away. I think the design itself sets it apart from others I have seen.
First off, this is a hardcover book. I am used to small paperback type of devotionals. The cover is beautiful, and the text is written in purple. It is stunning! I thought it would be distracting, but it was not at all.
This also comes with a ribbon bookmark, to help you keep your spot. I think this is unique touch and I loved it!
My favorite part about this devotional journal is the thoughts section. At the end of each day (or section), there is a place where you can leave your thoughts. I love being able to write down how I was feeling or relating to that devotion/topic.
The devotions have been amazing so far, and really put them in a way to understand what they are saying. I have not finished all of them, but I have been able to understand and relate to almost all of the ones I have read so far.
I think this would be an amazing gift for anyone, but especially for teenage girls. I am in my 30's, and am loving it. I am so happy this came to me (right when I needed it.) I am sad that this is only 90 days, and I will be looking to see if there are more versions.
