I have really been into eating low carb and low-cholesterol meals the last few months to help my overall health.  I am always looking for new recipes, as I do not like getting bored with my meal choices.  The more creative meals I can find and make, the longer I seem to really want to continue to eat healthy.  I was excited to get this cookbook.

This cookbook has 200 great recipes, all in which have healthy fats and low-cholesterol.  Some of the recipes you can find are:

Fresh Basil and Kalamata Hummus; Triple-Pepper and White Bean Soup with Rotini; Taco Salad; Hearty Fish Chowder; Chicken Pot Pie with Mashed Potato Topping; Balsamic Braised Beef with Exotic Mushrooms; Grilled Pizza with Grilled Vegetables; Stovetop Scalloped Tomatoes; Puffed Pancake with Apple-Cranberry Sauce; and Mango Brûlée with Pine Nuts.

The possibilities are endless as this books allows so many different ways to experiment with some great food options.
