I have really been into eating low carb and low-cholesterol meals the last few months to help my overall health.  I am always looking for new recipes, as I do not like getting bored with my meal choices.  The more creative meals I can find and make, the longer I seem to really want to continue to eat healthy.  I was excited to get this cookbook.

I prefer cookbooks in hardcover, as I just feel it is easier to have something in front of me when I am cooking.  This cookbook has over 300 great recipes, all in which really focus on delicious foods with concerns for your sugar intake.  This was a win-win in my book.

The possibilities are endless as this books allows so many different ways to experiment with some great food options.
