This kit comes with a pamphlet outlining each brush and the best way to use them.  I really like that this is included, as it can be very helpful for beginner makeup users.  There are so many different brushes out there, and sometimes newbies may not really know what to use them for.

I also really liked that these brushes come in a nice folding case.  I travel a lot, so convenience is very important to me.  This really did close up smaller than I thought as it does have all of the brushes in the pouch.

I will say when you first open your kit, it does have a plastic smell to it.  I had to air this out for a day and it was much better.

This set does include almost all of the brushes you would need if you are starting out:

Powder brush

Blush brush

Foundation brush

Eyeshadow brush

Smudge brush

Fan brush

Concealer brush

Eyebrow blush

Eyeliner blush

Sponge applicator

Lip brush

Spoolie brush

This is the powder brush.  I really like the color choice as the pop of pink make these too cute!

This brush is pretty soft, but not really as soft as I would like or like some of the other brushes I use. It is also not as dense.  It did not shed when I used it, so that was a plus.

I feel the eye shadow brushes were softer than some of the bigger brushes.  I do feel these brushes would be great for a new makeup lover or beginner.  I do not think that someone who loves makeup would love these brushes. I have not cleaned them yet, so I also am not sure how they will hold up once I do. I will make sure I provide an update when I do.
